Hi everyone.After having VDSL installed on Friday I've gone from 11/1 sync rate on ADSL to 40/10 as indicated by my modem, pretty good I thought being 400-500M from the cabinet.However my actual download rate is 20.00 Mbps (to the decimal), upload is 1.95, from reading a post elsewhere here I figured that was possibly because I was still on an ADSL profileand subsequently being throttled. After several calls to customer services this was deemed to be the case and a VDSL profile was set, but from my end nothing appears to have changed.Called customer services again now they are saying the line is fine tuning it's self, I have doubts that this would cause download speeds to peak at 20.00.I've tried two computers with gigabit lan cards, different patch leads and even my cell phone through wifi, all report the same.Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.Cheers,Aaron.
