Increasing 3G coverage at Bach

At our Bach it's on a hill side and can't get cell coverage. But if I walk 10 meters up to back of section can pick up 3G fine so can use internet on my phone. My question is, is there an aerial or something I can put at back of section which will pick up the 3G signal then transmit so I can use phone inside the house.
