Can a representative of Vodafone private message me ASAP.I work for local government. Today we had reports of a downed Telstra cable across a road. It took us over an hour to find someone to report this urgent situation to. We were on hold for much of this time, and hung up on by one operator. This was an appalling experience and I'd really appreciate being contacted about it.
