Is my experience unique ?My partner is trying to get a simple Vodafone fixed-line connection. We already have a working ADSL. The Telecom fixed-line previously at this address was working fine for decades. Our connection was scheduled to be connected on Monday - it is now Thursday. We have been emailed to tell us that a Chorus technician would contact us about a visit but no calls - just the falsity that our fixed line connection was now working.We booked for this service well in advance but Vodafone did not deliver - looks like we will not get a fixed-line by Xmas.
