Incessant spam calls, how to stop them?

I am getting 2-3 calls per day from Canadian numbers (the hang up hoping you call them back scam) and as the number is different each time simply blocking each one as they hit is irrelevant to a degree, but I do anyway.

I logged into my account online and there does not appear to be any account tools to help/protect from this sort of call.

Any suggestions?
