I ordered a product [more details can be given if it's relevant] on the Vodafone online shop; and after a short delay, got a confirmation email. The email said they'd be back in touch once my order had been "processed". It's been over 3 days. Surely that can't be normal? Can it ?? [And yes, I tried going into a shop to query expectations - gave up waiting to talk to a person after a reasonable period. Tried ringing the 0800 number for the online store to talk to a person - gave up waiting after what was probably a very unreasonable period, but felt like ages! Does Vodafone actually want to SELL stuff???? <end of rant>]
