Hey guys, so our flat signed up for fibre ~5 weeks ago. Everything went well and our ONT was installed 2 or so weeks ago. We have a problem though, our Wireless router Vodafone was meant to provide has not turned up yet.After repeated calls and hours of my time wasted this issue has still not been resolved, I keep getting told that they"ll "Look into it and give you a call back" - which never actually happens lol. Do you guys have any suggestions on how I can escalate this? Because despite constant communication nothing is being done about this, which is affecting me as I can not work from home without incurring significant mobile data charges and my flatmates who are doing their Masters and Honours at UniversityThanks
