Went around to one of my work colleagues house on Friday evening as her husband is overseas and the wireless router seemed to have lost its settings.I waited on the phone then for 30 minutes before my call was answered by the wrong department (apparently I needed to say 'technical support' instead of 'cable broadband'). I then waited for 40 minutes before giving up and going home. She called Vodafone back later that evening, on hold for 2 hours. I told her all she needed to get was the public IP address that needs to be set in the router for cable broadband, yet the CSR wouldn't give it to her without diverting from their standard troubleshooting steps which we had both gone through separately anyway.If someone from Vodafone is able to call her with the IP address she needs would be fantastic.
