We were one of the first Telstra customers to get a T-Box and were less than impressed with it's performance. It used to freeze up a lot and we had the box replaced and still it got no better. We put up with it for longer than we really should as Telstra were always promising that fixes were coming but in the end the whole box totally died and we switched to Sky and we have had no issues with that at all. We still kept our Internet and phone with TCL so now we are with Vodafone. We recently wanted to switch our plan with Vodafone and thought the plan included a discount with our Sky box. We're currently going through a complaints procedure with Vodafone after being mucked around by so many different people but long story short if we want to stay on the plan we have we may have to go back to T-Box or Vodafone TV as I believe it is now called. After our experience with the T-Box I'm a little nervous about this. Has the product changed/improved/gotten worse? Thanks.
