Vodafone Galaxy Nexus - Jelly Bean

So I have a Galaxy Nexus on Vodafone.

I was expecting Jelly Bean in July.

Just wondering why my google fone (Meant to get Updates fast and straight from the google) isn't getting the update?

Is there an ETA from vodafone NZ?
