I stumped up the five hundy or so to 'buy' the TBox instead of paying the monthly rental. I'm off contract in the new year and now I'm weighing up my options, however VF's website is straight out of of Theresa Gattung's play book of "confusion as a marketing tool".VF, what's the policy on people who own their TBox? I already get "free use with VF Sky" so..........?Why would you feel the need to contract someone who has decided to stick with your ecosystem through a big purchase already?Why, for the love of god why is your website the way it is?Why do I have to give my information 3 times everytime I ring your helpdesk? Don't you have caller id for crying out loud?Why do you have people overseas trying to figure out what package I need by looking at the same F*****G website that I am? THEY don't even get it....sigh.............
