Was a dialup Clear.Net customer from 2000 until 2005 when I moved to Orcon Broadband.At the time of transfer I moved from an unlimited dialup connection to a pay as you go connection and moved the connection to my parents account (parents continued to use the dialup until 2007)All was good until early 2012 when I started receiving a 'bill' ever month advising of my $3.45 credit. At the time I tried to stop the credit note but it was too hard to actually talk to someone and I eventually gave up.I got my new Vodafone 'bill' a few days ago and I thought I should try once again to get rid of the paper statement and if they HAVE to continue to send me a 'bill' each month to get it electronically.Who can advise the best number to call to get this sorted?Thanks
