3g/4g modules on Vodafone network

Hi all

Working on a new product that will communicate over IoT network (Vodafone??) but needs to have 3g/4g fallback capability for rural ares not covered by new IoT networks.

We have been looking at the various modules available (SIMCOM SIM7xxx, Ublox SARA-R410M-02B), does anyone have any knowledge of modules of this type currently being used in NZ or are Telepermited for NZ use?
