I am trying to change my parents connection over from fibrex to fibre and so far it has been over a month and it still has not happened. Last time I called voda support I got told it was with the transitions team and the team is small and busy. I am kind of over dealing with their support and getting told they are busy it has been well over a month and they do nothing. We are switching from fibrex to fibre 200 with 2 vodafone tv boxes and a cell plan the cell phone was switched early but the fibre is just beyond ridiculous. I mean it feels like they are just angry because we are switching from fibrex to true fibre because they are losing some money per month, either that or pure incompetence which wouldn't surprise me either. If is exactly why I personally left vodafone at the first possible chance I got. Any ideas or people from vodafone here who can help out? I know this is a bit ranty but voda is just the worst imo.
