To anyone from Vodafone …This morning -I tried to top up a pre-pay mobile using a Voucher …. instructions say to TXT the 12 digit PIN to 887. Didn't work, TXT just 'hung' with clock icon showing, viz. not sent.I then went to top up on line page where one enters telephone number, Voucher PIN, and a Captcha code … Captcha kept returning "incorrect code" even after trying several refreshes.I then signed in to the phone account (email address and password), and selected top up from drop down menu … this time the Voucher PIN was accepted and the amount of credit showed correctly, HOWEVER the cited confirmation TXT was/has not been received.What is going on?Tks.
