Can I get an Actual Fibre plan if I live in an areas with Fibre and Cable

Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of getting my Actual Fibre connection livened up. I have a 100Mb Cable plan, in Christchurch Enable has gifted 200Mb Fibre for the 100Mb price but I remember back in the day Vodafone refusing to convert people to Actual Fibre if they lived in areas with Cable, is this still the case.
