My Vodafone Problems

When I log into 'My Vodafone' for a recently set up monthly account (switched from pre-pay), I can't view any billing information - the menu options are all missing.

Does anyone know if there is an option somewhere to enable this?

I've given in trying to get through to Vodafone on the 777 number, and no one is answering my question on the Vodafone Community forum, so getting a bit desperate now!
