I keep getting terrible mobile customer support.I'm half way through my 24mth red+ plan and i have seen that on the website the plan has basically been doubled (now woth 30gb and redshare included) all i want to do is get my plan matched to what is being offered.Voda are very happy to help 24/7 when it means they get your money, but if you have issues or questions, the make it super difficut! I keep getting fobbed off to different departments and then get hung up on.PLEASE! Someone contact me and help me out!
