Does anyone have some advice for me?My 80yr old mother in law contacted me asking how to stop a contract prior to installation which is happening about the 9thShe had a door to door salesman convince her to buy a sky package deal with fibre (I think within the last 2 weeks)She has an existing sky package and does not require internet (however was convinced by another family member)The problem lays in the fact that she currently has a sky recorder (and sky contract) and does not wish to change to the lesser function vodafone box.She is not tech savy and does not adapt to change well.As a result, she is quite distraught. Words of advice please
