Any idea why the Vodafone website flow seems to be "broken"?

Since Friday or Saturday once I login I see this page:

Then I click Manage Connections and see this page:

I then click the link Return to Summary at the bottom (sorry not in the screenshot) and actually everything works. It seems something has been released that shouldn't...
