Hi MikeI already have Gmail and Hotmail - on phone (one Android and one Microsoft), and on Samsung Tablet. These are used whilst travelling in NZ and overseas to communicate with friends and family.I prefer to have an ISP "based" email address for other stuff - as login for some sites, for e-billing, for sending and receiving documents/photos etc that are personal etc.In future (after 30 November 2017) I shall not be able to do that with my Vodafone based email account.I feel I am left with just one option, that is to close down my Vodafone account (homeline, broadband, email) and sign up with another ISP that does offer email.I have located an ISP that would seem to suit me. And, I would actually obtain all that I want for $10.00 less per month. However, I think I am still within a 12 month contract. In view of the breach by Vodafone of its contract with me would I be able to leave Vodafone for another ISP without any penalty of any form? Is Vodafone prepared to do that, given the extraordinary circumstances I and many others are in now?How to do I achieve a "without penalty" closure of all my Vodafone Accounts? Thanks for your help and advice.
