Congestion returning with a vengeance?

Hey all,

Anyone here been running into issues with congestion again as of late? Our speeds seem to have been slowly declining over the past few weeks, and tonight we're all over the place, but still several hundred Mbps below normal. I've power cycled the modem and router twice, and also called Vodafone to see if there were any reported faults. Here's a somewhat typical speed test tonight:

Insanely low for the FibreX Max 1000/100 plan. The technician was quite helpful and I'm expecting to hear more tomorrow, but I'm still perplexed why it's so bad. Even when it's not at its worst, though, it's still (arguably) underperforming:

Here's the best result I got tonight, which was a couple of minutes before the first one:

While the result isn't terrible, I'm still unhappy with the latency, and both the upload and download speeds are a far cry from what I was seeing a month ago.

I tried to space tests out fairly evenly, and there have been problems for some time tonight now. For ~20 minutes, I was completely unable to access several sites/services (e.g. Discord, Steam, Twitter, Reddit, et al). TrueNet's latest urban broadband report seems to indicate that Vodafone's been struggling with congestion a bit too.

Vodafone did give another 100 GB of Always Connected data so that I'd have a connection with more reliable performance, but I'm still hoping that this line gets fixed up soon.

Anyone else been experiencing any issues? Or is this (hopefully) just an isolated case that should be solved after Vodafone does some extra investigation?Cheers all,Kodiack
