VDSL Internet has been off for a day now with this error message in the browser: Just sat through the call centre, after a cellphone web enquiry last night went unanswered today. Looked to be sorted but it's straight back again now. Had to reset the modem first, so all the wifi needs to be setup again. Had the same thing about a week ago, but a modem reboot sorted that one. No such luck now. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks.
