So Freitasm has been asked to (and has) lock the multi hundred page Krapi Cable Congestion thread. I think we can safely assume that it's not those who have been impacted by the poor performance or even worse customer service over the last several years who asked for that to happen, but Vodafone staff members (or worse PR/spin doctor types) seeking to sweep things under the carpet.I've started this thread so that we can continue to pour scorn on Vodafone, their terrible record of customer service, the abysmal performance for many customers over the last few years, and the outdated cynical attitude they have shown.While they have improved the performance (after pretty much denying there was a problem for 18 months), most customers have never received an apology let alone compensation, and they have never stopped making claims that the HFC network is "Ultra Fast" and "fast, reliable broadband" (direct quotes from their website), both of which I consider to be demonstrably false.
