I'm travelling through Waikato around Whangamata / Thames. Try to make a voice call: "We are sorry. Your call did not go through. Please try again later". Same for an hour approx. Data is good tho! : ). I'm not really here to complain just enquiring. I assume it is a kind of overload or capacity problem but my recollection is a different message for that. So maybe a generic failure message. Anyway, feel free to advise ; ).
