I have been in a conversation with the retention team about Vodafone retaining our business - but now I find it impossible to get the person I was dealing with to ring me back.I have answered the email they sent me - but of course it is an unmonitored email address.I have left a phone message with other members of the team - but still no reply.Seriously Vodafone, if you have a retention team, and want to hold on to your customers, make it easier for those customers to contact the team member they are dealing with.How do I continue my discussion?
