I rang Vodafone to arrange broadband and a phone line because I was shifting house to just around the corner, they stated that everything would be ok and we could keep the same number because it is the same exchange, it is now a week later and I have no phone or broadband and to top it off the other tenants are using my old number at the old house, ive rung Vodafone 4 times, the first time we told them that the phone was still active around there , they stated it was not, it still is, what is the problem with a straight switch over in this day and age, they also said they are waiting for a spare port but hang on... in my mind if they disconnected the old place they would have one, anybody no any different?
