Been on the phone for 50 minutes been put on hold at least 8 times.I just needed them to update my plan pricing from the current $115 for unlimited VDSL with phone to the $99 plan for exactly the same thing.Why is this so hard?What should have been a 3 minute phone conversation to say "I can do that no problems, type a bit, then done. can I help you with anything else today?"
