We changed from the 100GB plan to unlimited early Jan, the changeover happened at the end of that month. So we have a charge on the next account for the unlimited AND the 100GB package. I made a phone call, yes that was an error, it's all fixed now. Just pay $X amount. Just checked the latest bill, and.... the while the adjustment was made on the previous bill, we are again charged for 100GB Usage Pack + Unlimited Standard Broadband and home phone. Usage meter shows only the unlimited package. Another call I guess. Hope this isn't going to happen again next month!
