Hi, Just wondering if there are supposed to be any terms & conditions for the free $19 combo for porting your number. https://www.vodafone.co.nz/mobile-plans/switch-to-vodafone/ In particular, I wanted to check it still applies if I'm porting an old Vodafone number back to Vodafone (from 2degrees). The number hasn't been with Vodafone for I think 6 years or so. On the broadband side, I know some companies with free credit for joining only give it if you haven't been with them for 6 months for whatever, which wouldn't be a problem here but thought I'd check. (Skinny seems to imply they won't give their free combo if your number is 020, but I think that's just poor wording particularly since it means they're excluding people besides former Skinny customers.) Perhaps there isn't any limit because the number of people who'd bother going through the hassle of porting between companies every month or whatever is small. (And I guess there's probably something in your T&C which could be use to refuse to provide the free credit if it comes to it.) The only thing I can find is the website which suggests it's actually $19 credit and I guess it's up to the customer whether they want to use it for the $19 combo. Neither the prepay T&C https://www.vodafone.co.nz/legal/terms-conditions/prepay/ & https://www.vodafone.co.nz/legal/terms-conditions/prepay-porting/ seem to say anything about the $19 free for porting. I will try asking customer service, but the lack of info anywhere online I could find makes me thing they won't know. Cheers
