I've been waiting on hold for Vodafone tonight since 8.20pm. its now 9.35pmI had first rang Vodafone this evening and was answered in 30mins.I needed to reset an email password and the tech said he would have to ask another tech and they would call me back within 30mins. I gave Mitchell my cell phone number and two hours later my cell phone has not rung.Does anyone know what is actually up with that and why their technical team (option 2) could not immediately reset my email password
