If they now try put me on a capped 20Mbps Upload I am gone. I have made around a dozen calls and a average call time of around a hour. They managed to completely botch up a simple address change which left me without TV for days, have charged me $100 for a Sky tech which they said would cost $50. I am feed up with the out of country call center staff who clearly read from a script. The ADSL Tech support guy had never heard of interleaving and tried to put me through to Sky TV! Another time after being on hold for 30mins, I told the lady the issue I was having and before she even asked for my name and details she put me on hold for a further 30mins! The next person who picked up told me I was a new caller (the previous lady had flogged me off!)Vofafone have one more chance with me.
